This site shows you what OneWay Remodel builds, how we work, and how to reach us. It is marketing material. Reading it, browsing it, or calling the number on it does not create a contract between us, and nothing on it is a quote for your project.
The photographs, project descriptions, and timeframes on this site describe work we have actually done. A kitchen that took three weeks in one house took three weeks in that house. Your kitchen is a different room in a different house, and the honest answer on your scope, price, and timeline comes from a walkthrough, not a web page. Nothing shown here is a promise about your project.
If we take your project, the work is governed by a separate written agreement that we both sign. That document, not this website, sets out the scope, the price, the schedule, and everything else that matters. If this page and that agreement ever say different things about your project, the agreement wins.
OneWay Remodel, LLC is a licensed City of San Antonio Residential Building Contractor, licence RBC-22-01411, and carries liability and workers’ compensation insurance. If you want to see the paperwork, ask. We will show you.
The project photographs on this site are OneWay’s own, taken on our own jobs. They belong to us. You are welcome to look at them, save them for inspiration, or show them to your spouse to make a point. Do not republish them, put them in your own marketing, or pass the work off as someone else’s without asking us first.
Where this site links to a site we do not run, what happens over there is between you and them. We are not responsible for other people’s websites.
We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it is a website, not a sworn statement. It may contain an error, a photo may render oddly, a page may be temporarily down. We are not liable for losses that come from relying on the site itself. Any actual remodeling work we do for you is a different matter entirely: that is covered by the written agreement, the licence, and the insurance described above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with them. We will not make this page longer than it needs to be.
