It also means we have been in a lot of these houses. The stretch either side of US 281 filled in fast from the late nineties onward, and those homes are now at the age where the builder-grade kitchen has had twenty-five years of use and the layout no longer matches how the family lives.

Yes, constantly. Bulverde, Spring Branch and Boerne are all inside the normal service area with no travel surcharge.
We take whole rooms rather than single fixtures. A custom shop build carries the same setup cost whether it is one cabinet or a kitchen full, so a one-item job serves you badly and we say so on the phone.
