What we build
We take whole rooms and whole homes, not one-off odd jobs. If a project needs a cabinet painted or a backsplash swapped on its own, we are the wrong company and we will tell you so.
Cabinets, counters, tile, flooring and layout changes handled by one crew. Finished in 2 to 4 weeks rather than the 3 to 4 months a showroom quotes.

Designed around what you actually own, cut to your room's dimensions and scribed to your walls. Most closets are finished in about a week.

Pantries, laundry rooms, offices, bars, mudrooms and entertainment walls. No stock boxes and no filler panels.

How we work
Most of what goes wrong in remodeling happens after the sale. You meet a salesperson, sign, and never see them again. That is not how this works.
Hayne draws your cabinets, builds them, and installs them. There is no showroom, no design department and no project manager you have not met. Between one and eight people work a job depending on its size, and Hayne supervises every one of them.
A full custom kitchen takes 2 to 4 weeks. A custom closet takes about a week. A whole home remodel depends on scope, and the Terrell Hills project we finished in 6 weeks is the honest benchmark. You get a date, and if something moves, you hear it from us first.
We do not take cabinet painting on its own, backsplash-only work, insurance restoration, or single-fixture jobs too small to justify bringing a crew. Saying that plainly saves both of us a wasted afternoon.

We are based in Bulverde and work across the north side and into the Hill Country. If your town is not listed, call and ask.
